Forgive my lack of posting prowess, but please have a look at this link and if anyone can ID the frame/tube type I'd be a happy man.

The bikes fairly ratty, but nice non the less and it fits well. I checked the lugs out (Capella Lugs) and it puts the bike between '58 and '66, possibly a Catalina or Continental??

I can't for the life of me find info on the quality of the tube. I'm after a project frame and I've been offered the complete bike for £75. Thoughts?
