Caught some skank heads stealing unlocked wheels and tings from the bike lock bollards outside the Lido this afternoon. Double (pen) lock

I've found both my locks to have had sticks/other detritus forced into the lock barrell before after leaving the bike locked up outside the Lido.

Weird, I thought at the time.
