    Well yes and no. I'll keep it shorts, but any money they bring onshore is taxed. So although by most peoples standards they're not being taxed much they are being taxed.

    Further, from what I see a large amount of 'tax savings' are either used to generate more wealth (usually offshore), or they are just spent (usually in the UK).

    Others just are perpetual travelers, never staying long enough in one place to count as taxable.

    I'm pretty sure this is a myth. You need to be domiciled somewhere. The tax situation in that place may be favourable. But tbh if you are never actually in one place long enough to be eligible for tax, why the fuck should you have to give money to any governments? You probably use next to resources, and pump a ton of money into their countries.

    There's so many ways to avoid paying tax, all you need to do is read wikipedia. I'm quite tempted with perpetual traveler, since I'm always out of the country, so why should I pay tax here ?
