i had a go at this today fixed on 48x19. anti-clockwise from roehampton gate.
was in shorts and t-shirt with chrome kursk spd shoes wearing my massive bag (mw vandal) with lock etc in (excuses out the way...)
lap 1 21:30
lap 2 22:30
lap 3 22:15
total 1:06:15
average 18.2mph
the lap 1 and 2 totals are rough as i just glanced at my watch as i went past, but the total is pretty accurate.
plenty of room for improvement... will have another go on gears, sans bag with proper kit on.
