7.1. IKEA hack - Stolmen pole vertical storage. Telescopic pole clamps between floor and ceiling (fits ceiling heights between 210 - 330cm), onto which horizontal alloy bars (from B&Q - cut and drilled by my own fair hand) are clamped, and from which hang IKEA Stolmen hooks. It currently hangs 2 bikes, but includes most of the bits for a 3rd (just needs the hooks, which IKEA sells in packs of 2). I got the details from here - £20

Homebase wall-mounted bike rack - takes 2 bikes suspended by top tube, and folds up when not in use. Needs to be screwed into a supporting wall (eg. brick). Includes 10mm masonry screws & rawl plugs - £10 (Can also include 10mm masonry drill bit for another £5)

8.1 Altura Nightvision waterproof jacket, size small. Used a dozen times, some oil stains to the hem and sleeves. Machine washable (has been washed - oil stains remained). Great for winter. Cost £70, so £35 ono
