Chris Waller is El Squire on here Laurent.

I texted him last night. Saw numbers of 'young people' cycling up the pavement up Haverstock with rather splendid looking bikes with reflectors still attached.

The worst of it was they had no lights...

Perhaps they should consider cycle training.
