I've just had a good chat with your typical bald cockney courier who brought a package from Wiggle (yes, I do pay for stuff). You'd expect he wanted the army to step in, but no - what he said was: "Forget about the riots. Clean up the streets. If it kicks off tonight again, then clean up the streets again tomorrow".
