Thanks guys. I do wonder if eBay would fetch me a good price for a rare La Redoute team replica, all a search reveals are team jersey's...I'll leave it on here for a little longer before advertising elsewhere though.

Just brought a 80's Road Bike but the Chrome will probably need redoing if it don't polish up too good...
If i'd only waited longerer.... -

This one brings me back... I remember my father going through his motobecanes... (which would get crashed or stolen, eventually). Super bikes! This one's a beauty. Good luck.

Will be perfect for L'Eroica, just need one of them jerseys from the bay and you'll be looking just like the pro's from the early 80's.

SOLD, SOLD, SOLD
Here's something a little different, from me anyway. A very nice early 80's Motobecane Equipe Pro, which is a La Redoute team replica as ridden by Paul Sherwen.
Size is 58cm x 56.5cm (ct x cc)
It's a lovely classic with plenty of chrome (few spickles here and there but nothing too bad) and a beautiful petrol blue colour with just a few minor scratches none of which are note worthy. Graphics are generally very good although there are a few creases. Overall though it looks very good and for the age I'd say it is in extremely good condition.
The components are all European (apart from the Tange bb) and make for a very traditional feel to the bike it works great and is not too far off the original team spec. Frame and forks are Columbus tubing, very likely SL.
Included in the sale is a little La Redoute bag, cap, bottle and two brochures.
I'd like £375 collected for it postage is £15 (insured)
