Cool thing to say.
My landlord shat himself, he is posh and live in Ascot, I am in Hackney, he called up asking if I was ok (which was pretty cool of him) and said if it gets worse over the next few days/weeks I can stay with him in Ascot !
Very nice, but I think he's grooming me.
