Yes, it's a concept with a chain tunnel and two sides to the rear triangle (like a Pinarello Espada), unlike the eventual version ridden to Olympic gold with the chain on the outside of the single sided back end. The Hour Record (Superman) bike reverted to a two sided rear end, but with no seat stays.
