RE: Carhartt store, I tried to go shopping there at 4 when the rioting hit was starting to kick off at Ladbrokes. All the shutters were up with a note on the door saying they were closed due to the riots but would be open tomorrow.

When I was on Mare st an hour ago it all seemed a few hundred metres North of the Carhartt shop.

People are having a, imo, pretty fucked up gut reaction to this. These things happen in cities around the world all the time. Remember Paris in 2005? Remember how that was reported? The French state had let down the youth. Now it happens in London and they're cunts, should go straight to jail (or worse), and shouldn't be allowed to vote.

If anyone thinks this type of thing happens in a vacuum, they are mistaken. These people are supposed to be living in the same society as us. For some reason they believe it is okay to do this type of thing and have no moral problems with it. If you disagree with that outlook try and figure out why there is a gap in perspectives. I'm pretty sure it is there for a reason and that reason isn't simply "they're cunts."
