Yeah, but 35 items is quite low.
And the business services they expect me to use have a high barrier of entry... they expect you to buy a franking machine, sign up for a business service, get a postal license, frank all mail and deliver to special franking post boxes, or pay extra to get a post office collection.
All fine if I did this every day... but I do this only a couple of times per year. And the cost and effort to get all of that set up is just silly.
I pays the money, they should shut up and take the post.
