Chap in a Blue Badge of Death cab, around half seven this morning.
I asked him why he'd almost hit me, his answer was "you were going too fast, I had to break the limit to get next to you".
This made little sense to me, he backed this up with "stands to fakkin reason, you can't be going that speed and be safe, you should have got out of my way", at which point I saw the error of my ways and repented.
