Rough idea of the mileage would be a good thing to include. Fatigue life and all that. If it was dent free and had sat dry in a garage for 16 years I'd be all over it, but if it's been well used it's a different story. Still, doesn't look too bad for 16 years old.
Had a look at another vintage 'dale frame the other day. Chap selling it said it had no dents or dings, but then I looked at it it turned out the wishbone seat stay had been chopped straight through then botch job re-welded. Now that made me sad...and amazed that the chap was still riding it.
