How do I archive specific folders in Microsoft Outlook? I don't want to have to do it email by email...
Right button click on each folder, choose properties, go to the autoarchive tab to specify what you want to archive.
You can then go to File, Archive and then choose "Archive folders according to autoarchive settings"
