I'd hit it

meanwhile, i just made baked eggs in a toast cup, amazing. Can't wait to do it with bacon and hollandaise!

Reminds me off egg eyes I used to make.

Get a slice of bread, make a hole in the middle.
Fry the bread for a bit, then break an egg into the hole.
Flip when the egg has set a bit.
Yum.
