  • 2006 (I believe, could be later) Colnago Arte frame and fork. Frame is 57CM but compact. I am 6'2" and the rider before me was 6'3" (he used a 125 stem). Carbon forks and rear triangle with an alu main triangle. The head tube has wear from cable rub, but this has been covered with a carbon sticker to prevent it from happening anymore. Colnago headset.

Groupset is full 2010 Athena 11 speed with 175 carbon cranks (compact).

Deda Newton stem with Deda bars, wrapped in Fizik tape with gel inserts.

Wheels are Campag Ventos with Vittoria Rubhino Pro Tech tyres.

Pro race seat post and Planet X saddle.

Pedals are 105 SPD-R, and I have a pair of size 47 Shimano shoes (carbon sole) which I will include in the sale if they are your size.

I love this bike, I do not want to sell this bike, and am absolutely gutted that I have to. However, I am a muppet and end up broke every summer around this time and am forced to sell everything I own.

    £950 ONO

  • Dayum! Wish i could afford this.

  • Lovely bike, I know the feeling of having to sell stuff you don't want to! Would make an awesome bike for putting down some serious miles this summer!

  • It is not cool that you are selling this

  • Just worth noting, most everything was new (except frame, seat post, headset, stem, pedals and bars) when I had it built during the fall of last year (so wheels and groupset, pretty much). It wasn't used between then and the spring (except on rollers occasionally), and this summer my time has been dedicated to polo and work, so it's barely been ridden to be honest (few rides around London, couple of rides up to Waltham Abbey, some shorts rides around Oxford when I've had some time to kill up there. That sort of stuff). Which makes it all that much more painful.

  • PM'd

  • PM received.

    Also, I think it's actually a 57. My bad. Here's a sizing chart: http://www.windwave.co.uk/colnago/Docs/Web_Size_Chart.pdf

  • bump!

  • So frigging nice.

  • 'andsome bike )

  • Based on the evidence in the photo, has it suffered any polo injuries?

  • No, it's not been ridden into the canal.

  • Wow - noice!

  • i would. if i was a little bit taller...

    cue skee-lo

  • Would you ship to Denmark?

  • Sure, at cost.

  • Could you send me some pics at Christian.husum@hotmail.com?
I might be interested, but I need some close-ups of the frame and parts before I decide..

    Cheers..

  • Need to sell this. Price drop: £900

To those I did not get back to, I apologize. If you're still interested let me know.

  • Also, will split.

  • If you split I would be interested in the wheels

  • I'd be interested in the groupset

  • Someone's PMd me about the whole thing. Trying to work out a time to test it, but I need money pretty quickly so I'll let you guys know. The groupset is mint and has the carbon crank upgrade. The wheels are also pretty mint, but there is a small scratch/scuff from where the rear wheel came off the rollers. Cosmetic.
