I know you were being serious and I probably should have thanked you for the answer but the idea is that I put in a job on one of these websites and then local plumbers will get back to me. We live opposite ends of the earth in London terms.
I also need to have an asbestos tank removed which will no doubt add to the costs (unless I do it at 3am one morning ;))
Also, how big was your boiler? Don't you have 3br place? We only have 1br so boiler cost would be less maybe?
