I was out on the weekend, doing my normal run. It was a bit more high-tech than normal, as I've bought a Garmin 705 for my John O'Groats - Land's End ride later in the year.
The way-finding/mapping I tried out on the Dun Run, and it worked flawlessly.
I hooked up the cadence sensor and HRM this weekend for the first time on my road bike to see how they work.
The data you get out of them is amazing. Somehow I don't think I'll be troubling Thor Hushovd - 181bpm for the win ;-)
