• thats amazing, dave just appears, like 'shazam'!

  • It was amazing. Thanks Jono for everything. Thanks BoomShakaLaka you guys were great. Thanks Bells for being the best supporter and T-shirt designer. Was so fun, converted a whole load of doubting friends too!

  • It's all be said many times already; The London Open is the best! It all went so smoothly, everyone involved should be very proud of themselves, and the LPC as a whole. Everyone pulled together to get shit done.

Extra special thanks to Jono, you're a machine mate. You need a holiday and you need some beers on us.

Also a massive thanks to the guys that helped out yesterday with tear-down and moving 2 tons of wood into storage at the orwell. Great effort.

  • Don't mean to bang on about it, but could someone put my mind at ease. I lent my DeWalt 18V screwdriver to the crew, i'd like to know that someone has it.

  • Brendan, we took all the drills to the orwell, they're down in the workshop.

  • Were the bike mechanic's tools Ryan and Nik's or LMNH's? I lent Nik my allen keys for Sunday but forgot to get them back at the end of the day...

  • Extra special thanks to Jono, you're a machine mate. You need a holiday and you need some beers on us.

    +1

I think Jono shouldn't be buying his own beer for quite sometime.

  • thanks mate. Any chance someone could bring it to souths for me? 18V DeWalt, 2 X 18v batteries and charger 18V

  • Also a massive thanks to the guys that helped out yesterday with tear-down and moving 2 tons of wood into storage at the orwell. Great effort.

    Fuck yeah!

London Open was, again, a massive success, even more so than the last. Jono, you are an inspiration. Mark, you did a brilliant job keeping the format under control and the games on schedule - of course we can't forget the epic whipping jobs of Tom and Andy (the megaphone) Labowski. The tournament was well organised, competitive, but fun. It was amazing to see everybody party every night and still play out of their skins despite hang-overs and more sun in two days than London's seen all summer.

Thanks also to my teammates, Julia and Tom the whipping boy, you guys are so much fun to play, drink, and bitch with.

Can't wait til next year!! (dibs, not taking the wood out of the dungeon)

  • The tools were LMNH's, so your allen keys are probably with them, or shoot Nik an email/PM, they should have landed by now, etc.

Did anyone get a photo of the scoreboards yesterday they can pass on? Also, thanks for getting the wood in the dungeon, it looked like a mammoth task when I left...

  • Yeah, a few people took pics of the scoreboards. I, however, am not one of them (I'm pretty sure Mark did, tho).

  • Still can't get the good times out of my head...want to see more pics and some vid footage.

    Big thanks to...

Jono, LHBPA, LPC, UKPC, EUPC, old polo supporters, new polo supporters and the cosmic family.

I'll be there next year (and before for sure)!

  • The highlights video is being worked on as we speak, Boneshaker are also going to put an edit together, some other people too, it should all come out of the wood work soon(ish).

  • Did anyone get a photo of the scoreboards yesterday they can pass on?
