Bicycle Tag of bike

I'm pretty sure it's the right tag, I studied far too many pics of them online at lunchtime! Plus, it works with the clue as it's a living wall billboard of a Van Gogh.

The Mint Hotel near Tower Bridge
Anthropologie on Regent St (inside the store)
The Van Gogh outside the National Gallery (until October by the looks of it).

I'm hoping that one day we'll have a garden suitable for having one, as they're cool as fnck.
