I've got an old carlton cycles frame, tiny crack on leftside of brake bridge and left seat stay is slightly bent, £5?

Cheers.. A small crack getting worse is what led to the death of my last frame though so id rather avoid anything with a crack if i can, is £50 too hopeful?

a good frame, certainly not 'budget' back in the day. I can drop to 75 euros as lowest price, that's about 68GBP
my old beater frame has finally died and I am after something low cost as a replacement so i thought i'd see if anyone here had anything.
It must have horizontal dropouts to run fixed and british BB threads, id like it if it had a useable seatpost / headset intact but its not essential, It would also be great if it was intended for 700c so i don't have to use a long drop brake.. don't mind brand, colour or paint work condition but it must be structurally sound.
hopefully sub £50 is enough budget..
Thanks
