If I ever ever get in another london cycling incident I can only hope the next pedestrians are as concerned, polite and apologetic as the mum and daughter involved.
Ok, they didn't look where they where going and stepped out straight infront of me at a red man..
But once we had both been checked, xrayed and Ct scanned, they both hunted me down to see if I was ok. Only the girl spoke (broken) english and apologised over and over again so I responded with some of the only phrases of thanks I know in Japanese... Which then prompted them to start bowing over and over.
Couldnt have asked for a nicer end to what started out as a horrible situation.
VERY lucky neither of us were in critical condition.
