BTW theres local rumours that the Royal Parks are concerned about the number of riders using RP as a TT route ( esp after David Millars "quick" lap) and are looking to clamp down and make an example out of some riders if caught excessively speeding.
TBH this happens most years so who knows how serious they are being.
