Does anyone remember the name of the bridge when went under last night with these coloured button like things on the wall, and the bridge we went across the was light up by lights going all along side it? It'll do for some nice night time camera shots

Nice ride, I left soon after Albert Bridge but still enjoyed the cycling through the beer garden bit. Thanks for leading and nice to meet everyone. Good pace too.

Really fun ride, was a nice little spin and didn't take as long as I expected, so managed to get back for a decent nights kip. Nice to meet everyone, and chapeau to John for leading the ride and providing some quality banter along the way. Beer garden route was certainly interesting.
See y'all next time.

okay, so I couldn't make it last night, blah, blah, blah...
so I thought I'd go and ride the bridges (my usual run being Tower to Putney bridges) as I missed last night and haven't done this Sunday morning ride in a while. However, I soon ran into a problem in that several of the bridges I had to walk on to as there were roads closed off for the "London Triathlon". This got me thinking, where do they do the swim bit? Surely not in the Thames! "okay, here's your 1km swim start - just keep your mouth shut"
Anyone know what's the score? -
• #147
One of my friends did it and it was indeed in the Thames. Apparently it tastes of diesel. Afterwards, he said, "mate, it was well nasty. I don't recommend it"

docklands I think

^kate, do you remember me high-fiving someone on millennium bridge or did I just imagine that?
-
• #150
^someone did. there were some youngsters chilling on the bridge, then we brought the noise!
Come at me, bridge!
