Flapjack, along with jaffa cakes and malt loaf, are all subject to UCI investigation into their cake status.
The hearing was scheduled for August, but has been postponed until November.
In the meantime, maltloaf STILL holds the yellow jersey (that's why Soreen has a yellow wrapper)
But, in my opinion it is NOT really CAKE as it does not contain enough sugar, eggs, fat, icing and has nothing to do with tea rooms
