I think there are if you look closely at other photos on the rolling banner at the top of the website? More apparent on the dark grey bike though.
How are you supposed to ride them? Presumably the cycle cranks are attached to a freewheel so you don't have to blow your knees to pieces at speed, but if so when are you supposed to pedal? If I understand correctly, it is for racing and so if you were supposed to pedal it at speed you'd expect a bigger gear?
