Use the search as there where a couple of canon 400d's floating around recently (assuming you are not tied to nikon lenses). Personally If I only had £200 then I would look into getting a really good compact like a lumix instead.
I've just acquired an Olympus Pen (the size of a compact, but it's a system camera), but the shutter lug and general awkwardness put me off.
I'd prefer a simple DSLR/rangefinder I can shoot RAW with without any bollocks.
Sure, when you don't know what you're doing the best thing is to invest in micro FourThirds system. I can't see any advantages of owning an entry lever outdated DSLR if you're not tied up to the lenses already.
