Hey all, Jason here. I live in Chicago, USA where I work for a bicycle advocacy organization as our education and outreach specialist. I'll be coming to London from Sept 3-6 and was hoping to be able to borrow or rent a bike while in town. I ride a 58cm and would prefer gears or single speed. (My usual ride is a Long Haul Trucker). Would love to just check out as much of London from atop a bike as possible. Might want to do a day-ride in the country if that's at all possible as well, but I'll see. If entrusted with your ride I promise to baby it in traffic, lock it up proper and bring it inside at night!
Chicago is hosting the 2012 Cycle Messenger World Championships and I've got lots of friends and acquaintances in the messenger and general bike scene here, so if you're planning to come my way in 2012, I'd be more than happy to return the favor with hook ups and places to stay for you and all your friends!I'll be staying in the Owgan Close area if that helps.
