Voted for the obvious "two" finals.
I don't know but if i was coming from the loser b. i wouldn't ever consider myself as the winner of the tourney with only one final win.
If you think the format as to be modified to be more spectators ready, let's make that:

winner braket team goals count as 1
loser braket team goals count as 0.5
First to 5.
