Any background?
Is this just a reminder of the roadsafe reporting mechanism or are they trying to collate evidence of a perceived trend so they can justify allocating additional resources to this?
I suspect most of us see aggresive driving everyday but ignore it if no-one is endangered, (such as the guy last night who blasted his horn at a young woman who pulled into the bike box in front of him and alongside me while waiting at lights, when I looked he was on his phone and I saw the words f'ing cyclists formed on his lips).
