It will be used (in addition to two built courts), but the idea is to put boards along the bottom edge (if I'm not mistaken).

The MUGA boards thing may not be happening, it depends how much time we have and how much you pressure Ali into doing it. It also isn't an "ideal" solution (hanging boards with zip ties) and won't be a permanent fixture.

Looks like Ali's already done his share of work. Don't really feel like pressuring him into anything.

We spoke about it, if we had an easy way of "fixing" the problem we would, the court sidings would still be wonky (but perhaps a little more predictable as the wonkiness would be less extreme) and the flaps of wood may being their own problems?

I can see two options (the first seems to make more sense to me if it's possible): Either boards that are the same thickness as the post's protrusions (what is that? a couple of inches?) running in between the posts, and use something to fill the curve around the post (could just be cardboard and tape), or boards sticking out in front of the posts the entire way.

In either case, if nothing can be done I won't complain.

We possibly have enough 12mm board spare, but it wouldn't fill the protrusion, the ideal would be what you've suggested, alas no budget/not much time.
