• Bought this about 9 months ago, need to sell it to clear up some space in my house. It's been very reliable, the only repair i've had to do is change an inner-tube a few times. They have become more frequent, though as the back tire is quite worn.

    Measurements:
Top tube (if it was 1 tube) 53cm CTC
Seat tube 46cm CTT, 44cm CTC

Its built from a range of quality parts and is surprisingly lightweight. It also has back and front mud guards.

    **£230? ** i'll take any offers

  • slack frame

no, it looks nice. good luck with the sale

  • forgot to mention, it does look small but i'm 6'1 and its comfortable

  • Someone buy it and do this to it.

What's the spacing at the back? And...what kind of mileage has it done? Assuming it's from the mid nineties?

Edit: the decal is scratched, can't quite make it out: is it a killer v 900?

  • yep v900,

the rear spacing is 6cm to the tire and 4 to the rim,

not sure about the mileage but its been my main bike for the time i've had it.

  • Cheers. Try running a ruler across the dropouts at the back, one to the other, like this.Should be about 130mm maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less.

I have a secret lust for one of these frames...any dents / dings / things bigger than a scratch?

  • the measurements 135mm and i dont think so no

  • OK, interested now - do you know what year it is? It should have the numbers on the bottom bracket - see the 1993-1999 section here. I'm guessing it's 1997 + from the shaping of the drop-outs.

  • it says 00098 on the bb shell so i guess its 98?

Edit: 1995, i didnt actually read the web page

  • chain tensioner is doing a great job....

    (free bump)

  • Is this stolen? ;)

  • its a steal for that price...

    lol :/
