Is he connected to levi's? is he getting anything from them for it?

If the answer is no to both, then tis not spam.

Personally I'd take a pair of Swrve jeans over those, I believe if the Levi's ever get to this side of the pond, they will be the OTP of cycling jeans.
all cycling clothing is otp, unless you have it tailor made... just saying...
