Oh i get that, it was a new one when I bought it back in march but the brazing was a mess so it went back to Hillary. Im just making sure that it isnt been resold again in the same condition. Just looking out for people, not stirring. I loved that frame and was gutted that I had to return it, beautiful lugs.
