For sale is my Bianchi Pista, 2008 model, 53cm size. The 2008 range featured a more "aggressive" geometry than the current model (I think it changed in '09 or '10), same as the '06 model here.
This was my first fixed wheel bike, which I bought 3 years ago to use for commuting and a few longer rides. I haven't used it that much in the last year, and since I'm moving abroad, this has to go. It's a really fun bike to ride, and can be used on the street or track.
The bike comes with a front brake, but no pedals. Note that it is not drilled for a back brake. The gearing is 48 x 19 (3/32" setup), which is 67 gear inches with the 165mm cranks and 700cx23 tyres. The only non-stock parts are the stem (on-one) and rear cog (19t EAI).
The chrome is in great condition. The decals are in good condition, with a few scrapes from being locked up. No dings or dents; never crashed. Some cracking has occurred to the chrome plating around the seatpost bolt due to overtightening (see final pic).
