For Sale: Old Raleigh Palm Beach town bike

Old Raleigh Palm Beach cycle - 3 speed, 26 wheels, wide, original Brooks saddle, medium frame (approx 55cm). It's in nice condition. Despite the usual surface rust on the chrome and scratchy paintwork - particularly on the mudguards - the frame is ok cosmetically and the Sturmey gears work and move through 1-2-3 quite smoothly. The old lamp on the stem still works. The frame reference number is at the front of the seat lug - does that mean it's from the 50s? I'm looking for £50 and am based in south-east London.
