No excuse. He was trying to be nice, said he didn't have internet access to cancel the auction and that he'll help me work out the fees (auctionsniper).
That's the problem when you allow stuff to be advertised in several places.
Auctionsniper refund fees if no transaction has happened and you neg them, so I did.
I am disappoint.
There's a better bike but it's in Lincoln and no posting.
Have looked at train tickets.
