Spotted a shifty looking bike at a car boot this morning. Was going to buy it (to resell to possible original owner) but someone else grabbed it before I got back from the cash machine.
Im pretty sure ive seen it around local Birmingham fixy haunts.
About 57-58cm oxford blue steel lugged track frame and forks. No logo's except for reynolds 531 badge. The top tube had a couple big dents which made me think it was stolen. It had black risers and I think a cinelli stem.
No name seatpost and umemorable seat. Campagnolo classic track cranks with Gebhart chainring.
Most bling part however: Pair of Campagnolo omega V (black) track wheels on large flange black hubs. The hubs were just modern sealed bearing OEM stuff but the rims were hott. No brake markings and looking new.
Seen at Hopwood carboot (druids heath sort of area) morning of 24 july.
