cog is usually fixed gear, sprocket would mount onto a cassette freewheel (like a converted road wheel) and a freewheel would screw on like a cog yet allow you to coast.
To be clear, are you after a wheel you can run as fixed, fixed & freewheel or just freewheel. Also is the "cog" in fact a freewheel or a sprocket that would work as a singlespeed, or indeed a fixed cog for use as a fixed gear?

To clarify I had a wheel that was single speed that could be flipped to make it fixed but would be happy with a single speed or freewheel solution

Hey man, it isn't a flip flop so I don't think it'll work for you.

Hey, I had a look at your other post. You can use a flip flop or a double fixed, but not this wheel to run fixed as it has one long thread for a freewheel.
Hope this helps.
Hi all,
I'm looking to replace my single speed rear wheel that was stolen from my block of flats last week. I need a:
1 - 120mm 700c single-speed rear wheel
2 - 18t cog
3 - 700c x 23/25 tyre, preferably puncture proof.
If any one has all or some of the parts for sale I would be most grateful. I'm based in London and can pick things up, whatever is convenient!
Many thanks,
Rosie
