The pompetamine is finished (ish, could do rebuilding the front wheel).
It's lovely to ride, rolls smoothly, can carry shitloads of stuff. Also the rear disc mount is handy for a coaster brake
I've got quite chunky tires on it (42's) and is making me happy carrying the little one at the mo.
For when she gets too big, this will hopefully be finished. Haven't done anything on it for ages (neglected :( ) but it is useable at least.
I need to sort out the left handle bar, the right has been mounted ok. I've used some pipe mounting blocks (thanks to some good googling by the tester, or he literally knows everything) that need to be placed clamping the bars and the metal box frame. This requires a hole in frame. The right has been done,
quite bably, using a drill and some files - I really need a bigger shed. In comparison the left hasn't been done and wobbles loads
The handle bar set up is nice though, it is good being able to control the sweep. Also rik's double lever works a treat, took a while to get the brakes working well without any turning.
Someday it'll all be finished with seats and all, someday.......
An over due project update.
