eBay and Craigslist finds

Are these any good for the price, have been trying to find something like this for a while now and nothing has come up on here? Think it would be to expensive to build up some wheels at the moment.

I got a set of this guy but got the open sport not open pro. It was well packaged and came quickly. Some people did mention the build quality sometimes can not be up to standard but my set is perfect been checked when i had a service so i have no quibbles. I would recommend this guy. Lovely looking wheelset and strong.
