the problem is with including a socket outlet into your circuit for fixed appliances as this requires a 30mA RCD due to persons using the kitchen not being 'instructed' (17th ed).
also, as the neutral is regarded as a circuit conductor then it's best practise to have double pole isolating switches.
as regards the design for correct cable csa, protective device rating and installation technique, there is now a requirement under part P of the building regulations to either notify and have building control inspect and approve the installation, or have an installation certificate from a part P approved electrician, or qualified supervisor. non-competent uncertified self installs may: invalidate insurance; impede sale of property; result in criminal prosecution.
