  • yeah Ju! How was France?

If we only had a day set aside, weekly even, for the practice of polo - that'd be amazing!

  • ^ re: polo availability. Weds is probably the worst day of the week for me as I know for definite that I will have to work in London on that day and may not get back in time. Also weekends are always going to be tricky for me due to family and other commitments (both my sister and brother have both had little ones in the last month and my younger brother is expecting with his g/f)

So in conclusion I always try and make it but Weds and weekends are always going to be tough

  • I just re-checked the NS rules, seems you only need to play in 3 tourneys to get a ranking. As Bi-polo have faded away and Daft Punks have lost cohesion, I'd say Acapolo are looking at a decent shout for the best Brighton team.

Are you playing Bristol with a full compliment of original players? I think you have to have two consistent ones in each appearance but I might be making that up

  • Nah, you are right. It'll be all 3 of us in London for the open and at least Ju and I for Bristol.

  • weds are hard for me too tuesdays are good .as a noob i dont mind starting tuesdays with other new players until up to speed

  • me (Jamie) and Josie (we played as Gutterballs (Southampton) in the Brighton tourney) are moving to Brighton at the end of July. how often do you all play? and what days?

Wicked news. With Chris havign just moved down too (I have your SPD's if your reading this Chris), we have no excuses not to make 6 players twice a week.
I don't know what days are good in the week yet, I can find out tomorrow what my shifts are gonna be like. I like Sunday polo, sunday seems like a good day to play polo.

We really need top get some good sessions in before the London Open and Southampton and Bristol tournaments, get Brighton polo up in the NS ranks

  • Woody - we should start adopting the Manchester adhoc polo session system. Suggest a time and start a list for sessions which suit you.

Really hoping the rain holds off for a Wednesday session as I'm not around for Sunday.

  • Yeah it sort of works, cos you can see how many people you have comign when, so know whether to bother, but depends how often people are onlinee.

  • Fucking rain! I'm still up for playing if it's wet on the ground, not so much if it's actually raining.

Got word from Chris, he said he'd be down weather-permitting.
