Ive fitted a modern campag record threaded headset to a frame but its too tall, if I leave out the washer I have 1-2threads for the 'locknut'. Ive used some loctite, is this headset setup safe?
I know the tange passage would be a better fit but its lower quality, pista headsets are out of my budget. It's my race bike(track) so want everything optimal
