Nahh, he stopped me at just in front of the Grand Union at Kennington/Oval.
Seriously I can't see that sticking a PCO on a bike contributes anything to society. AND I'm enraged that this tiny puney young thing that was just trying to get his rocks off.
I really couldn't be arsed with it all.
I had no respect for him, just a little pity.
