Universities have had that power for many years and for good reasons use that power to make sure they are not owed any £££ by undergrads or postgrads come to that.....they have all the power.....then you have the pleasure of paying back your student loan....but at least there is some flexability there....What did you study?....What University?...Well done and hope you do graduate this year!
The rims would either be Mavic MA2s or MA40 i believe.
