Not so 'mates rates' ^.
Sorry.

Bugger, EDIT!

So it costs £23, you advertise for £25, then drop to £22.
I don't mean to dig at you, but it's still not really mates rates [spirit of the forum.jpg] and it's still overpriced for a second hand item.

OK I originally bought it off the Carradice website for £29 plus whatever p+p was which brought it to nearly £35. Advertising it at £25 means you get a tenner (or 28%) discount if you pick up which I think is fair. I droppped it to £22 which is cheaper than the cheapest online OFFER (not list price and not including p+p) and you still have a dig about me not being in the "spirit of the forum". The item is practically new anyway.
For what it's worth I've donated about 10% of what I've ever made on this forum anyway. Perhaps people who scupper other people's honest efforts to sell discounted cycle gear are not acting in the spirit of the forum.
Just saying like.

I thought you might take a defensive tone.
I clearly said I'm not having a dig at you.
The spirit of the forum is an in joke.
The forum is an in joke.
Should have shopped around.
Wiggle don't charge P&P.
A saddlebag holder isn't worth getting in a twist about.
Well done for donating.
Someone might buy a second hand item from you for £1.29p cheaper than wiggle.
Good luck with your sale.
Sorry if I have scuppered other people's honest efforts to sell discounted cycle gear and did not act in the spirit of the forum.

Apology accepted. Well if anyone wants it still it's very much still for sale. Cheaper than Wiggle. Save the planet and recycle!

Yes, yes.
Thanks for your pithy comments. I put an item for sale at too high a price. Nobody went for it. Someone made me an offer months later after I'd completely forgotten about it. It's now been sold (pending postage).
You may now return to your lives.
Hi all,
Selling my Carradice SQR System as I didn't like the way it held my bag and looked a bit too modern for my bike.
It's about 2 months old but essentially as new with a couple of minor minor scuffs.

£22 picked up in Covent Garden or Balham or could post.
