This bloke was staring at his phone, and standing about 1.5m further out into the road, still facing the kerb. He noticed me pointing my phone in his direction, and nonchalantly moved to this spot, still in the road.
To be fair, originally he was technically in the car-door-prize-zone, so he was never going to be in my way (it's a 2-lane one-way street), but still…
