What's it like to live in Brixton / Brixton Borders

Have lived in Brixton for 15 years and love it, but I give it 10 years before it's "stepford wives" chicks with regulation 18" blonde hair and yummy mummies as far as the eye can see... it's what happened to Clapham...

I said the same thing in 2002 when I had lived in Brixton for 9 years then moved away.
